Hello guys,

I’m experiencing a full white blank screen, problem with my HP Omen 16 after attempting a BIOS update. I created a USB flash drive with the BIOS update, powered off the laptop, and initiated the update using Win + B along with the power button. The BIOS screen appeared, but it was a white color screen instead of the usual blue HP update interface. Once the update finished, the laptop restarted, but now the display is completely white. The laptop itself seems to be running, as I can hear the fan, but there is no display.

I have tried the following steps without success:

  • Using Win + B or Win + V with the power button (USB and all attachments removed).
  • Holding the power button for one minute before restarting the laptop.
  • Removing the battery, plugging in the AC adapter, and retrying the above steps.

If anyone has experienced something similar white blank screen, I would greatly appreciate your help. Thanks in advance!
