I just had the monitor fall on me today. I followed the instructions so it should have been done all correctly.

This is a poor design and as i can see from other posts must be an issue that needs to be fixed. I've only had this for 2 weeks and now its damaged. I'm a long time HP user but I am not impressed by this at all.20251108_115337.jpg

Thank you for sharing the image and case number. I’ve reviewed the details, and it appears that the issue is due to accidental damage, which isn’t covered under the HP warranty. I also noticed that our support team has already provided a repair quote and is currently awaiting your response. Once you confirm your approval, an on-site visit will be arranged to complete the screen replacement.
