HP ZBook Firefly 14 inch G8 Mobile Workstation PC (1A2F2AV)

 

Service center broke my bezel while fixing keyboard issue and from last one month i am getting only below lines 

 

"The reason of this mail is that we are working with our concern team. Once we get any revert we will update you accordingly.

We would like to inform you that we are elevating your issue with the concern team.  Once we get the revert from our team, we will definitely update you.  

 

I am not getting proper response from HP email id "servicehead@hp.com" , now i don't have any other options what can be done. Please suggest something here.

We are really sorry for the trouble caused to you with the ZBook. Since you had already contacted the service center and the damage has happened after that, it is also a hardware issue. We request that you visit the same service center to get the laptop fixed. 

However we request that you contact the HP Customer Support at Official HP® Support and raise a conplaint with us. Also please provide us your personal information through the private message so that we can look into this issue with high priority and provide you the resolution. Link is provided below.
