HP OmniBook 5 16 inch Laptop PC 16-ba1000 (B46Y0AV)

This is about HP's Commitment to Price Guarantee, which can be found here >> https://www.hp.com/gb-en/shop/offer.aspx?p=hp-store-price-guarantee

I have contacted HP via hpstore-uk@hp.com and hpstoresalesuk@hp.com, as well as made several phone calls and spoken to 5 or more agents, but none have taken ownership of my issue, just passed me to different departments.

I purchased an Omnibook 5 from HP's online store, and two days after receiving the item, the price dropped by one hundred pounds (£100.00). Since my email to "hpstore-uk@hp.com" regarding HP's price promise on 01/09/2029, and have a 'delivery receipt' to prove this. So far, I have heard nothing in response to my email!  I am a longstanding and regular customer with HP Store. However, I have to say now that  I am absolutely disgusted with the lack of customer support or response from HP concerning my request for HP to refund something regarding this price drop. I have in the past recommended HP very highly indeed, but my confidence in the company is being destroyed by this lacklustre customer support. God help anyone with a similar problem as mine who is being treated this way.

Good morning Zoey,

I haven't had any more progress with the HP Price Guarantee problem. I am exhausted with the telephone runaround and no reply to my emails. My last best hope is for you to do some internal research of your company, to find out what is going on in the UK regarding this Price Guarantee, and maybe help me with a 'checked-out' and 'known good contact number' or email address.

I have, in desperation, put up a 'Review' on the UK's Consumer Portal 'Trustpilot' (found here www.trustpilot.com/review/store.hp.com/ukstore), my Review is as follows.....

Please be WARNED: 'HP's Price Guarantee' found on their website...

I bought a new OMNIBOOK 5 from 'HP Store UK', and two days after receiving it, the price dropped by £100! I have spent over a week trying to get HP to honour their commitment to the 'Price Guarantee'. I have had multiple phone calls to Sales and Support lines, plus emails to all of the following contact points: "hpstore-uk@hp.com", "hpstoresalesuk@hp.com", "hpstore-uk"

I supplied full invoice details and a date-stamp screenshot of the website price drop to all email contacts. I have received no reply whatsoever from HP, despite having email delivery receipts for all the emails sent.

The contact phone numbers given to me by HP Support Lines are just not helpful in any way, with the HP Agent/Advisor saying they cannot help. Resulting in me just being given the "telephone runaround", we've all experienced this, I am sure.

I am disgusted with HP over this and truly feel scammed by them in every sense of the word.

I have deleted my previous 5-star HP review published 3 or 4 years ago from Trustpilot, as HP is now not the same company.
