HP Recommended

Dear technical support,

 

I did turn off the hp pc. I did push 15 seconds with power cable not plugged. I even replaced the battery. When I boot! I do escape, I try f10, f11

Nothing happens. I am stuck with blinking cursor. Thats it. I also tried windows + b
