HP Spectre 16-aa0004sa

Hello i recently ordered HP Spectre 16-aa0004sa from another website not HP - i wanted to get some warranty incase of issues eg. fan or something because considering the price i want it to last at least 3 years and as far as I'm aware hp products come with standard limited warranty of 1 year - now my plan was to just buy https://www.hp.com/gb-en/shop/product.aspx?id=u7c91e&opt=&sel=cpk for my spectre which seemed perfect as it covers basically everything it seems however I have just realized that my laptop model doesn't seem to be on the list of compatible products which is listed on that page however i do see this disclaimer on the list:

"This product is compatible with a wide range of models, but the list shown here is not exhaustive. If you have questions about compatibility with a model that is not listed, please contact our sales representatives for more information."

 

So i want to first confirm if my laptop can be covered by that care pack - I'm not sure who or what the contact is for a sales representatives, I've tried using the US websites live chat but was told I need to use UKs live chat for which there is none. So I'm just posting here now

You have to BUY Carepack separately for EACH machine. Please use
