This post is about setting up my account. They're not about the laptop. So I share screenshots (did not allow video) . It's really clear, because it goes from page to page, and it shows you exactly what I mean. What is happening and what isn't happening, and I failed to integrate their database of products.

Yet, posting to the community, it has my devices listed.    Under account not there!!!

Is a massive let down and shame that you can not view the images in the community posts, how ridiculous is that because you're reply is totally irrelevant and it is ridiculous.

You need to sort yourselves out and stop a ting like amateurs.

Hi,

Thank you for responding.

I’m really sorry to hear that the issue is still not resolved. I understand how frustrating this situation must be, and I truly appreciate your continued patience.

Please be informed that you will be able to locate the device details using the product number. The product number helps identify the exact model and configuration.

Take care and have an amazing day!

Regards

Pallipurath.
