Product: HP Pavilion Gaming 15-dk0000 Laptop PC (5XE59AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The problem is that to play counter strike on faceit I need to enable secure boot for anti-cheat on faceit. And to do this I need to go to the advanced mode in the bios, which I can't do at all, I would be very grateful for help in this matter.

Your machine is NOT a business class machine therefore you can't access to Advanced mode/tab is BIOS
