How do i change my display from AMD radeon to NVIDIA

The graphics adapter is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be changed.

So i think i need to specify the graphics I need next time when buying an Hp 
Or can I install it?

When you are in the market for a notebook nowadays, you have to buy exactly what you want to be happy with it.

That is because pretty much the only hardware that can be upgraded is the storage and memory.

Things like processors and graphics adapters cannot be upgraded on any consumer class notebook made by any PC manufacturer today or in the last 10 years or so.

Do not assume that a notebook is like a miniature desktop PC where you can easily upgrade many different components.

If you want to upgrade the graphics cards in a notebook, you are limited to the $2,000+ business class workstation notebooks where some of those come with removable graphics cards.

A replacement graphics card for one of those PC's would cost in excess of $1,000.
