How does one lodge a formal complaint qith HP Australia ?

How/where does one make a formal complaint with HP Australia ? HP Australia website was of no help. Eamil also no help, no one will give me the information. Trying to get an ETA on replacement DOA component, the time keeps getting extended, and I have an unusable PC since 04 Sep, so 10 weeks now. Maybe time to lodge a complaint with ACCC ?

Can you send me the details of how to complain too, please? I'm getting the same run-around while my $4k laptop, which isn't even 6 months old, doesn't even turn on. Your customer support is proving to be pretty slow and unhelpful.
