So after over 8 hours dealing with support that didn't nothing but take money and waste my time repeating the same steps and continuing to rush me off the phone instead of finding the issue. I think I have figured out what the issue is and they never once ran this test I found on my own playing with what menus they continued to have me go to. It says that my memory quick check failed so I looked it up and it said that my ram is possibly faulty. Is that a fixable thing for DIY people? Im so sick of hp products after this thing dies I will never buy another hp product in my life.

What is your machine ? Many Spectre machines have onboard RAM which is not replaceable. Normally yes, you can DIY with your own risk.
