After logging into my account no record of my purchase or extended warranty information that I purchased.  I need assistance finding someone in HP who can help me correct this problem.

I completely understand how concerning this is. You’ve purchased an extended warranty for peace of mind, and now it’s missing from your HP account. That’s frustrating, and we’ll make sure you get the support you need.

Recommended Steps

Step 1: Verify Your Product Registration

  • Sign in to HP Customer Support – My Products.
  • Check if your device is listed. If not, add it manually using the serial number.

 

Step 2: Check Warranty Status

To access your private message, just click the little blue envelope icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile name.
