Product: HP ENVY Inspire 7220e All-in-One Printer

I can't get to a menu that offers colour printing. Tests come out in colour but not Word docs, not even pdfs.

Your full feature software is here, but possibly there is a different problem

 

One of the cartridges is not working and that prevents color printing.  Get a status report using the front panel buttons or see if EWS can provide more information.
This explains how to Use the HP printer Embedded Web Server (EWS)

 

Possibly the print setting was accidently set for monochrome (black and white)
