I don't have performance mode in omen gaming hub.

I have recently purchased my laptop [hp victus 15]. It meant to be a gaming laptop but i don't have performance mode in omen gaming hub. I only have Eco , Quiet and default mode. I have installed to latest version of omen gaming hub.

HP OMEN Gaming Hub features vary based on your laptop’s hardware configuration and BIOS support. While OMEN and some Victus models support Performance Mode, others may only offer:

• Eco Mode
• Quiet Mode
• Default Mode

Your Victus 15-fa2000 may not have the required BIOS-level support or thermal design to enable Performance Mode in OMEN Gaming Hub.

What You Can Do

1. Update BIOS and System Drivers

Even if OMEN Gaming Hub is updated, Performance Mode requires BIOS support:

• Visit the Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fa2000 (A8VY1AV) | HP® Support
• Download and install: 
  • Latest BIOS
  • Chipset drivers
  • HP System Event Utility

Then restart your laptop and check OMEN Gaming Hub again.

2. Check OMEN Gaming Hub Version

Make sure you’re using version 6.2.3.0 or later from the Microsoft Store:

• Open Microsoft Store → Search OMEN Gaming Hub
• Click Update if available

3. Verify System Compatibility

According to HP, Performance Mode is only available on select models, including:

• OMEN by HP 15-dc, 15-ek, 15-en series
• Victus by HP 16-d0xxx, 16-e0xxx
• Victus 15L TG02-0xxx

Your 15-fa2000 may not be on the supported list for Performance Mode.
