I have an HP Model Pavilion a67001 PC Computer with a Motherboard RCS MCP61PM-HM (Nettle3)
Form factor MicroATX – 24.4cm x 24.4cm
Chipset: NVIDIA GeForce 6150E nForce 430
I want to upgrade to Windows 11, so I need to replace the CPU and upgrade the memory.
What parts do I need if I have a very limited budget?

Your PC cannot run W11 and there is no hardware upgrades you can do to it so that it could.
