Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fb1000 (7Y8M8AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

I have raised a complaint on boot issue, the problem has been resolved, but after a new setup the executive is not installed MS Office.

Please arrange to install the MS Office

Hi @Hariharihari

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

It sounds like your HP Victus 15.6-inch laptop was reset, but Microsoft Office wasn’t installed afterward. If your laptop originally came with preinstalled Office, you should be able to activate or reinstall it.

Steps to Install Microsoft Office

Check Your Microsoft Account

  • Go to Microsoft Office and sign in with the account linked to your Office license.
  • If Office was included with your laptop, it should appear under Services & subscriptions.

Use HP’s Recovery Software

  • Some HP laptops come with HP Recovery Manager, which may allow you to reinstall bundled software.
  • Check HP’s support page for your model here to see if Office was included.

Download Office from Microsoft

  • If you have a valid Office license, you can download it from Microsoft’s official site.
  • If you had Office 365, you’ll need to sign in and reinstall it.
