Hi @RamboOnLine,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are locked out of your Windows 1 and no longer have access to the recovery email or phone number linked to your account. Let us go through the supported recovery options.

Step 1: Recover your Microsoft account online

If you are signing in with a Microsoft account, go to:
https://account.microsoft.com/password

Select I forgot my password and follow the steps.
If you no longer have access to your recovery email or phone, choose I don’t have any of these and complete the account recovery form.

Microsoft may ask security questions or request previous account details to verify your identity.

Step 2: Check if you can use another sign-in option

On the Windows sign-in screen, select Sign-in options.
If you previously set up a PIN, Windows Hello, or password instead of email verification, try those methods.

Sometimes users forget that a PIN was set up separately from the Microsoft password.

Step 3: Check for a local account

If the account on the laptop is a local account and not tied to Microsoft, you can reset it using security questions.

On the password screen, select Reset password.
Answer the security questions that were created when the account was set up.
Create a new password.

Step 4: Use Safe Mode for local account access

If a local administrator account exists on the device, you may be able to access it through Safe Mode.

On the sign-in screen:
Hold Shift and select Restart.
Choose Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Settings > Restart.
Select Safe Mode.

If another administrator account appears, you can sign in and manage user accounts from there.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a blissful day 😇.
