@Brendan44, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your HP 360x laptop

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

If your HP 360x laptop is not turning on, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

Check Battery and Power Connection: Ensure that the battery is properly connected and, if possible, try using another compatible charger to see if the issue is with the adapter or power source.

Perform a Hard Reset:

  • Disconnect the laptop from any power sources.
  • Remove the battery (if removable).
  • Press and hold the power button for about 15 seconds.
  • Reconnect the battery and charger, then try turning on the laptop.

Check Battery Health: If the battery is removable, try using the laptop without the battery by connecting it directly to the AC power. This can help you determine if the issue is with the battery itself.

Inspect for Any Damage: Ensure there are no visible signs of damage such as bent connectors or overheating.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
