Assuming you mean ₹30,000 -around US$340, what 'old generation processor' do you mean, and sold by whom?

Sir i purchased it in 2023 from a genuine shop but it was working too slow. To solve this issue i took  the laptop to mechanic where he tell us that the processor of this laptop is too old it cannot work with windows 11 so we install window 10 but it was not working properly in window 10 also I am very fed up of it. Kindly help me

What model laptop do you have?

Type in: System Information in your lower Windows Search bar, click on the System Information app, and look to the right of: "System Model" and "System SKU" and provide that information.
