I want to claim a warranty for a SSD that I bought last year which is not working now.

The SSD which I bought last year was not working now and I do have warranty for it. When I try to claim for the warranty through website it is showing error like 

We were unable to match your product based on the information provided

One or more of the following pieces of information you submitted is incorrect. Please review this information and correct any errors.

1. Country of purchase: Verify that your product was purchased in the country selected
2. Serial Number: Verify that your serial number is entered correctly

But I verified the Serial Number thrice. Please help me to claim the warranty. I want my PC back on the feet for my work.
