I'm having errors messages of BSOD mainly 3,memory management,bad configuration and power drivers, usually my laptop windows 11,13th gen first freezes especially the cursor and displays bad configuration BSOD,then powers off,and powers on,then it displays power drivers BSOD then memory management BSOD and restarts to the welcome screen,how do I fix thses errors pleade

Sounds to me like your notebook has faulty memory chips, so run the Windows memory diagnostic test to confirm.
