Dear HP Support Team,

I am considering purchasing the HP Sprocket Studio Plus 4x6” photo printer and would like to inquire about the materials used in the paper and ink cartridges. Specifically:

1. Do the paper and ink cartridges contain any animal-derived ingredients?
2. Is the production and coating process of the paper and ink cartridges confirmed to vegan friendly/ (not tested on animals)?

The HP Sprocket Studio Plus uses dye-sublimation ink cartridges—not ZINK (zero ink) technology—with separate 4x6" paper packs and ink cartridges required for printing. 

While ZINK papers are inkless and more likely to avoid animal-derived ingredients due to embedded crystals, the dye-sublimation ink tech in Studio Plus may use chemical dyes whose composition isn't disclosed for vegan status
