Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-s0000 (76T53AV)

Hi,

Regarding the laptop issue: the screen has started turning off randomly (sometimes for up to an hour) while the fans continue running. I took it to an official HP service center here, and they informed me that the motherboard needs to be replaced. However, they said this cannot be done for free because the manufacturer’s warranty listed on HP’s website has expired.

I need to claim the vendor’s warranty for my laptop, as it was purchased in January 2024 through the official HP store on Amazon.es.

I have already tried contacting HP support via email a few times (I currently live in Slovenia, and there is no chat support available here). After submitting my inquiry, I am supposed to receive an automated confirmation email within an hour, but it never arrives (I have checked all inboxes).

I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide.

Thank you in advance.
