@Prabhat02, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your HP laptop. Here are a few steps you can try to fix the blank screen and freezing issue:

Perform a Hard Reset:

  • Turn off the laptop by holding the power button.
  • Disconnect any cables and remove the battery if possible.
  • Hold the power button for 15 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power adapter but not the battery.
  • Turn on the laptop by pressing the power button.

Check the RAM:

  • Ensure the RAM sticks are securely seated.
  • If possible, swap the RAM sticks to identify if one is faulty.

Test the Display:

  • Connect the laptop to an external monitor to check if the issue is with the LCD screen or cable.

Recover the BIOS:

  • Power off the laptop.
  • Hold the Windows + B keys while pressing the power button.
  • Wait for the BIOS update process to begin.

Reseat the Memory Modules:

  • Access the memory modules and remove them.
  • Reinstall the modules, ensuring they are properly seated.
