Security issue. Laptop returned due to Technical Support corruption of external HP Simplesave external hard drive. HP have confirmed in writing my returned PC would be dismantled however it is still live with existing Warranty which has been overstated. What is happening HP

Nearly 4 weeks have past. Last communication was 21 May 2025. Nothing absolutely nothing to allay my fears that what was promised has not been done. My security is paramount. The Serial Number and Product Code can be provided as necessary. Or you can check my HP account to see the number of HP computers within my account. Await your response.
