Can this Laptop be upgraded to Windows 11. O?  It is an AMD A9-9425 Radeon R5 Compute Cores 2CT3G?

You can do an in-place upgrade from W10 > W11, but you would have to use a workaround that bypasses the W11 hardware checks.

If you are interested in doing that watch this video which in my opinion, is the easiest way to do an in-place upgrade from W10 > W11 on PC's that don't meet Microsoft's minimum W11 hardware requirements.
