Hi,
I don't know if any read this or not, but I have been locked out of my PC for 3 days, and when I call HP the only thing they want to do is sell me a warranty or spyware. They can't help me, just reboot the compan,y not helpful at all.
I have bought 4 HP PC and this is the worst one I just bought 12 months ago and no one can help.
