HP Recommended

My HP pc {HP ProBook 640 G2} , {Intel(R) core (TM) i5-6300U cpu @2.40GHZ} windows 10 pro. Can't start at all only spinning dots on the monitor

Then later it will bring this command at the left upper corner 

"BootDevice Not Found

Please install an operating system on your hard disk"

Someone please help. What do I need to do
