I've given up trying to contact HP abut my Spectre X360 Convertible. It died and the Geek Squad at Best Buy says "Possible OS corruption, cannot verify DATA presence". Ergo, they can't recover anything. I've tried to reach HP to see if I can send or take to an HP facility for possible help. 1-800-607-3567 rings busy and then disconnects. Can anyone HELP

They are high tech support. Please tell them to remove its hard drive, mount to an external adapter (such as an enclosure) and use another computer to READ and recover.
Hope this help.
Regards.

Thanks Banhein, I may need to go to another Best Buy. The only one here in my relatively small town says they tried "everything". They claimed they removed the hard drive and couldn't retrieve any data. Attempted OS repairs without success and were unable to format the drive.
I can't believe HP is unreachable. I'll be replacing this HP with a Dell.
