For the past hour, I've been having problems with charging my laptop. I have updated everything there is to update. I was in contact with Microsoft support and they had remote access to my PC, but they figured out that it wasn't a software problem, rather a hardware one. My laptop is brand new. It was bought 3 months ago, and the charger doesn't have any visible damage to it. What should I do?

  • May I have the exact name of the model of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
