Hi @Naveen-Kumar,

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're stoked to have you on board!

To help us get started on resolving your issue, could you please share the model name of your device?

Meanwhile, you can try these steps:

  1. Check Power Supply:

    • Ensure that the power adapter is properly connected to both the laptop and the electrical outlet.
    • Test the power outlet with another device to confirm it’s working.
  2. Check Battery:

    • If your laptop has a removable battery, try removing it and then reconnecting it after a few seconds.
    • If the battery is old, it might need replacement.
  3. Perform a Hard Reset:

    • Disconnect all external devices (USB drives, external keyboards, etc.).
    • Remove the battery (if possible).
    • Press and hold the power button for about 15 seconds to discharge the capacitors.
    • Reconnect the battery and charger, and attempt to turn on the laptop.
  4. Inspect for Physical Damage:

    • Look for signs of damage on the laptop, such as cracks or other abnormalities.

I hope this helps.
