Hi @çığır, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I'm sorry to hear that your HP PC is giving you trouble. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the freezing and overheating issues:

Clean the Vents and Fans: Dust can accumulate in the vents and fans, blocking airflow and causing overheating. Use compressed air to clean them out.

Update BIOS and Drivers: Ensure your BIOS and all drivers are up-to-date. This can help resolve compatibility issues and improve system stability.

Check Power and Thermal Settings: Adjust your power settings to balance performance and cooling. You can also use HP Command Center to manage thermal settings if your model supports it.

Inspect the Battery and Charger: Sometimes, issues with the battery or charger can cause overheating. Make sure they are functioning properly.

Run Hardware Diagnostics: Use the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics tool to check for hardware failures. This can help identify if a specific component is causing the problem. HP PC Hardware Diagnostics | HP® Support

Reduce System Load: Close unnecessary applications and processes to reduce the load on your CPU and GPU. This can help lower the temperature and prevent freezing.

Check for Software Conflicts: Sometimes, software conflicts can cause freezing. Make sure all your software is up-to-date and consider uninstalling any recently added programs that might be causing issues.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
