Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ew0000 (549V8AV)

On the HP platform, I have noticed some inconsistencies in the product IDs and SN#s linked to my computers.   I have been trying to sort out all that mess, but have been unable to contact a live person!! I also lost the credit card associated with my HP account, and a payment on two HP computer warranties has not been processed, and I cannot rectify that either!! Very Frustrated here!!

But the s/n is unique therefore your you can find MANY product IDs but only one product ID matches your s/n
