Looks like I need an HP agent help on this as I can't dispute the warranty on a recently purchased laptop.

Open box laptop (ProdID B5UJ2UA#ABA, a 14-fm0023dx) was purchased from BestBuy on July 22, 2025 and delivered on July 25, 2025. I didn't think to check the warranty until much later and it says the warranty start date was 3/30/2025 and the end date will be 5/3/2026. So I need the HP agent to change those last two dates accordingly.

Just let me know what information to provide (serial number, etc.) and where to send it so we can complete the process. Thanks in advance for the help.

John

Thanks for the message but I’ve already tried those steps to no avail. I need an HP employee to take my serial number information, purchase information, etc. and manually change the warranty expiration with HP. Can you do that for me?

Thanks!
