For the HP lc100w Wi-Fi Mini Cam, you can use the HP Pixi Cam app. If the Pixi Cam app is temporarily unavailable in the iOS store, you can use the Life Cam app as an alternative. Here are the steps you can follow to set it up.

Power on the Camcorder: Press the power button to turn on your HP lc100w Mini Cam.

Activate Wi-Fi: Press the Wi-Fi button located on the left side of the camcorder. Once the Wi-Fi is enabled, the camcorder’s LCM display will show four characters, which are part of the Wi-Fi passcode.

Connect via Your Mobile Device:

• Use the Wi-Fi settings on your smartphone or tablet to search for the camcorder’s ID. Each HP lc100w camcorder has a unique ID, formatted as hplc100wXXXXXXX.
• Select your lc100w from the list.
• Enter the camcorder’s Wi-Fi passcode when prompted.

Using the App:

• Open the Life Cam app on your mobile device.
• Once connected, the camcorder’s LCM display will show the connection, and you should see a live video stream in the app.

With these steps, you should be able to set up your HP lc100w Wi-Fi Mini Cam and start using it effectively.
