Need to escalate a repair service - Laptop in repair for more than 2 months

Hi,

Need your support to escalate my repair case.

Original CSO BXFB4950-01, laptop received at the repair center on 07/22

Original promised turnaround time: 10 to 15 days.

Message received on 07/29 that unit will be returned on 8/23

Message received on 08/20 that unit will be returned on 10/01

Requested a Loan laptop on 8/22

Requested an update on my case - Agent created a case number to follow-up: Edited

Got a message on 9/17 that the unit will be returned on 11/02

At this point I need that HP does something about my laptop. Overall turnaround for the repair, if there are no further delays is about 4 months.

Please help me to escalate my case
