Hi @Aman239,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused don’t worry let me help you.

To better understand the issue, could you please provide a few more details?

  • Are you using Wi‑Fi or a wired Ethernet connection?
  • Does this message appear on startup, or only when you try to connect to the internet?
  • Have you recently updated Windows or installed new drivers?

Troubleshooting Steps You Can Try

  • Restart your router and laptop: Power off your router for 30 seconds, then turn it back on. Restart your laptop afterward to refresh the connection.
  • Check Wi‑Fi toggle: On your HP Envy, make sure Wi‑Fi is enabled. You can do this by pressing Fn + F12 (on some models) or checking the network icon in the taskbar.
  • Forget and reconnect to the network: Go to Settings → Network & Internet → Wi‑Fi → Manage known networks, select your network, and choose Forget. Then reconnect by entering your password again.
  • Update network drivers: Open Device Manager, expand Network adapters, right‑click your Wi‑Fi adapter, and select Update driver.
  • Run Windows Network Troubleshooter: In Settings → Network & Internet → Status, select Network troubleshooter to let Windows automatically detect issues.
  • Test with another device: Try connecting another phone or laptop to the same network. If they also fail, the issue may be with the router rather than your HP laptop.

I hope this helps.
