Hi @Charlie2371

If the display on your HP Omni 27 is not working after the screen was dislodged and snapped back in, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

  1. Check Connections: Make sure that all connections between the display and the motherboard are secure. Sometimes, when a screen is dislodged, cables may become loose. You may need to open the case again to check these connections.

  2. Power Cycle the PC: Shut down the computer completely and disconnect all cables. Press the power button for about 15 seconds to discharge any remaining power. Reconnect the power cable and try turning the PC back on.

  3. Check for External Damage: Inspect the screen and surrounding areas for any signs of physical damage that might prevent the display from working.

  4. Connect to an External Monitor: If possible, connect your PC to an external monitor to determine if the issue is with the internal display or the graphics output. If the external monitor works, it might indicate that the internal display is damaged or not properly connected.

  5. Reseat RAM and Other Components: Sometimes reseating the RAM and other internal components can resolve boot issues. Ensure the power is disconnected before doing this.

  6. BIOS/UEFI: Try accessing the BIOS/UEFI settings. If you can get to these settings using the external monitor, the issue may be specific to the internal display.
