nothing but problems trying to register product. Will not accept any number info I enter. HELP!!!

model name is HP slim desktop model number 2M0H7AV as listed

 

serial number as listed  2M03453Z0P

 

Tom. Computer is up, just unable to register using any number as provided. Found out its actually 2 years old. Just bought from Walmart this week though. 😞
