Hey there,
I purchased my HP omnibook in July and It had been working perfectly fine until a bit under a month ago when the screen on my device wouldn't automatically rotate when in tablet mode like it did before. I have to manually do this and it gets very tedious.
I have searched for many solutions and can confirm that the sensory service is turned on and running automatically in the services.msc
I have also downloaded the most recent BIOM sensor device from the HP site. The thing is that even in settings the auto rotate lock isn't even an option, it used to be there and I could toggle it, then it greyed out and now it's completely gone
If anyone could help me resolve this I would greatly appreciate it as I got this device for my studies.
Thanks
