@PRAGATI3, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

The message you're encountering typically indicates that your PC is experiencing a critical error, commonly known as a blue screen of death (BSOD). Here are some steps you can take to try to resolve this issue:

Check for Windows Updates:

  • Make sure your operating system is up-to-date. Run Windows Update to check for updates:
    • Go to Start, type Windows Update, and select Check for Updates.

Check for Driver Updates:

  • Outdated or incompatible drivers can cause instability. Check for the latest drivers for your device:
    • Go to the manufacturer's website (in this case, HP Support) and download the latest drivers for your specific model.

Use HP PC Hardware Diagnostics:

  • Run diagnostic tests to check the hardware. HP provides a diagnostic tool that you can use:
    • Download and install HP PC Hardware Diagnostics from HP Tech Centers.
    • Follow the prompts to perform a hardware check.

I suggest you refer to this guide for further troubleshooting steps: HP PCs - Error messages are displayed on a blue screen (Windows) | HP® Support

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
