Hi @NeedAssistance5,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand your HP all-in-one PC only shows one login profile and does not allow access to Guest or other user accounts. Let’s go through a few steps to check what could be causing this.

Confirm the edition of Windows installed
Open Settings > System > About and check the Windows edition.
Some Windows editions or configurations may hide other user options by default.

Check if other users are hidden at sign-in
At the login screen, select Sign-in options or Other user if shown.
If only one account appears, other profiles may be disabled or hidden.

Verify user accounts in Windows Settings
Go to Settings > Accounts > Other users (or Family & other users).
Check whether additional accounts exist but are not available at sign-in.

Confirm you are signed in with an administrator account
In Settings > Accounts > Your info, verify the account type is Administrator.
Only administrator accounts can add or manage other user profiles.

Create a new local user account
In Other users, select Add account, then choose to add a local account if needed.
This creates a separate login profile without requiring a Microsoft account.

Check Local Users and Groups availability
Press Windows + R, type lusrmgr.msc, and press Enter (if available).
Confirm no user accounts are disabled or set to hidden.

Review sign-in and security policies
Open Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options.
Some sign-in restrictions can limit visible profiles on the login screen.

Restart the computer after changes
Restart the system to allow account and profile changes to take effect.
Newly added or re-enabled users appear only after a restart.

I hope this helps.
