Poly Voyager 5200 UC USB-A Bluetooth Headset

These headsets are deplorable! The poly site will NOT accept your serial #  nor email/password! I have purchased 4 of these units and every one screws up!  It is impossible to receive any assistance from them, accept a run-around! Or, they refuse to assist you because you purchased it from eBay or Amazon etc. I will NEVER buy another one of these headsets ever again and I state! BUYER BEWARE! These headsets only last about a week to a month (if luck). I paid over $125.00 for each set and they ALL failed within a short time. I will NEVER recommend this product to anyone and will post this on my forum and Amazon/eBay. This is a very poor company that sell garbage! and will not support you at all.  I requested a replacement for each one I bought, Nothing was ever done because I purchased it on eBay/Amazon etc. Therefore, BUYER BEWARE! Your better off finding a different company for sure! Very disappointed in this company with very poor products!
