Possible to upgrade 8CF4 motherboard?

I have the Wolant 8CF4 motherboard, is it possible to upgrade this for either aftermarket or another HP?

  • A new power supply if the connectors are proprietary.
  • A new case if the standoff locations or front panel connectors aren’t standard.
