Microsoft Windows 11

I took HP OMEN gaming laptop in April, 2024. On February 8th, there was flickering on the screen and there was no change in the brightness of the screen. When I called the customer care, I was told to reinstall the drivers. But, it could not work out. Customer care told me to reinstall operating system. It took one day to back up the data and reinstalling the OS. It also did not work. Finally, customer care decided to replace my display. On February 18, a service engineer visited my house bringing a display in a polythene kind cover. I wondered why the display was not a sealed pack and was not handled properly. He removed my old display and connected the new display. He said that there was problem with the new display that he brought. He removed the new display and connected again my old display. Then there was no display at all with my old screen. He said that there was problem with the mother board.  I came to know that when the screen has to be replaced, it is essential to disconnect the battery. But the HP service engineer did not know that thing and could be the reason for damaging the both the displays.  The customer care has been telling  that the motherboard would come in one week, later two weeks and now three weeks. I was told   that motherboard is  in the warehouse, it would come soon without fixing any date. My work got stuck from last one month, the response from the customer care is not at all encouraging  and HP does not have proper service engineers. I really regret for opting HP brand.
