Hi @SanjayNewBeee

I am sorry to hear that facial recognition has stopped working. This often occurs due to a conflict with the biometric drivers after a Windows update.

Could you please try refreshing the driver?

1. Open Device Manager.

2. Expand Biometric devices or Cameras.

3. Right-click the IR Camera or Windows Hello Face Software Device and select Uninstall device.

4. Restart your computer (Windows will automatically reinstall the driver upon reboot).

Please check your Sign-in options again after the restart and let me know if the error persists.
