Product: OMEN by HP Desktop PC - 880-175x
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi I need to obtain an os recovery for OMEN 880-175x. I downloaded the hp recovery tool and upon trying to enter the product id, i received an invalid id error. The Omen isn't supported by the recovery tool. Looking on the support site I'm not able to send an email or communicate any way with support. Does anyone know what I should do? Thank you.

HP withdraws cloud recovery tool support when the PC reaches 5 years of age.

 

You can reinstall W10 by making a bootable USB installation flash drive with the Microsoft media creation tool from the link below:

 

Download Windows 10

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
