Ordered a wrong printer part in early Sept, called HP immediately who agreed to a refund.  The part was sent immediately (unopened original box).  Refund was promised within five days but yet to appear two months later and every time I call I am told the case will be escalated.  I raised a disputed with Paypal but closed it at advice of the HP agent who said they can't process the refund till I do so.  Paypal emailed HP to confirm closure but I am still being frustrated by HP and going nowhere.  Totally unacceptable & surprising professional behaviour from a company such as HP, expected much better customer service.  Please either issue the refund or provide an email address to allow me to lodge a formal complaints as I can't find it on your websites, I can provide details of my order once someone gets in touch.

I understand your frustration regarding the delayed refund for your returned printer part. Let’s get this sorted out for you.

Please share your case ID and order details via private message so that we can review the refund status and check what’s causing the delay. Once we have that information, we’ll be able to provide an update.
