Product: HP ENVY 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-ch0000 (23T01AV)

My very good looking ENVY laptop is almost 3 years old but falling apart.

 

Screen is already delaminating but most annoyingly the two small feet on the bottom edge of the screen back have broken off. HP have been very unhelpful and claim they can not provide replacements - can anyone help??

Are you referring to the corners that cover the hinge?

Either the lid (display) or the bottom case would have to be replaced.

It might cost as much as a used laptop, assuming it was available.

 

Go here and enter your serial number to get a parts list.

 

If you have access to the metal hinges you might want to lubricate them.  A toothpick with a drop of oil should work nicely.
