HP Recommended

I've reset an HP lap top we received from a deceased relative twice already.  The username still shows.  How do I reset to factory setting deleting user accounts.

If the PC is 5 or less years old, use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will return the drive to its 'out of the box' condition.
